We provide easy, convenient pet care-on-call in the Traverse City area for the times you can't be there. We strive to keep things simple and straightforward—from our pricing structure to our intake process. Pooch ‘n’ Purrs is a homegrown, hometown business. We understand the value of relationships and look forward to getting to know you as much as your pets!
The Complimentary Meet & Greet
The initial visit is free. We will come to your home to meet your animals, walk through a simple one-time intake form, learn about your pet's routines, your special requests and confirm your schedule. We'll also collect a key or access code to your home and payment prior to the service term. From there, the furry fun is on us!

About MEGAN CAMPBELL, Our Top Dog
Pooch ‘n’ Purrs Professional Pet Sitting is owned by Megan Campbell, a Traverse City native and pet care professional for over 25 years.
Megan's simple lifelong love for animals turned into a career starting in high school when she worked as a kennel tech for a local boarding facility. In college, she furthered her experience working for the Humane Society of Central Oregon in Bend, Oregon.
Upon moving back to Michigan to further her studies, Megan worked for Schultz Veterinary Clinic in Okemos, Michigan, as a Veterinary Assistant and at the Lakes Region Veterinary Hospital in Laconia, New Hampshire, as a Veterinary Technician.
After choosing to stay at home to raise her family, Megan returned to the animal care field in 2010 with the launch of Pooch ‘n’ Purrs Pet Sitting. As a professional pet sitter, Megan has found genuine soul fulfillment, surrounding herself with wonderful animals (and people) of all kinds.
Megan lives in Traverse City with her husband, her daughter, Buster—a mellow, yet mischievous—Golden Retriever, and Juno—a spirited spaniel.
